William Talmadge (Bill) Parker, age 44, died suddenly on Sunday, March 12, 2017. Bill was born in Hendersonville, TN on January 19, 1973, to Robert Love Parker and Nancy Williams Parker. Along with his parents he is survived by his wife, Amy McCarthy Parker and his two children, Olivia Nancy Parker (11) and Talmadge Robert Parker (6) and his brother, Robert Patrick Parker (Kelly E. Parker). Bill was a life-long Tennessean. He attended Hendersonville High School and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University. While at MTSU, he was elected president of his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. He was blessed to have close friendships with high school buddies, Beta brothers and community friends. Bill enjoyed boating on Old Hickory Lake and family gatherings with his wife, Amy and children. His pleasures included running, watching the Tennessee Regatta Sailboat Races from his back yard and restoring his antique 1975 Cadillac Eldorado. Visitation will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 4 - 7. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017, at 3 pm at Hendersonville First United Methodist Church, Main St. preceded by an hour of visitation from 2 - 3. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hendersonville First United Methodist Church.
