William Fitzpatrick Iii

William Thomas Fitzpatrick III, always known as Lil Man or Will entered this earthly life on December 8, 1977. He left his earthly body on June 1, 2023. He was born to the late William Thomas Fitzpatrick II and Georgia Marie Fitzpatrick in Nashville, TN.

Lil Man professed his faith at an early age and was baptized under the leadership of the late Elder Fred E. Conley and attended Holy Trinity Baptist Church.

Lil Man attended Metro Nashville Public Schools and was a graduate of Whites Creek Comprehensive High School. He worked as a Chef in the majority of his adult life and had a passion to serve. He enjoyed grilling for his family and friends. Lil Man always met you with a smile. He truly loved his family and friends. Anyone that encountered him knew him to be a genuine person. He had a strong work ethic and a crazy sense of humor! When he left a room, his presence always remained.

Lil Man was proceeded in death by his Grandfathers Gordon “Big Daddy” Peppers, Jr and William Thomas Fitzpatrick I. Father, William Thomas Fitzpatrick II, father-in-law Billy Hart, aunt Towanda Peppers and best man, Adrian Doss. He lived his life to the fullest and will TRULY be missed!

Lil Man is survived by his devoted wife Stephanie Fitzpatrick, six children, daughters, Jasmine (Quinnisha) Thomas, Destini Fitzpatrick, Aysia Fitzpatrick, Tanasia Fitzpatrick, Jaida Fitzpatrick and son William Thomas Fitzpatrick IV. One granddaughter, Londyn Shaw that he affectionately called his Pooty. Mother, Georgia (Lee Artis) Fitzpatrick, Mother-in-law, Shirley Hart, Grandmothers, Clara M. “Big Mama” Peppers and Virginia Hilliard. Loving siblings, Thomasina (Troy) Leach, Stephanie (Earl) Bumgarner, Sister-in-law, Michelle (William) Ulmer. Nephew and Niece, Thomas Wilson and Heaven Leach and two great nieces, Xariyah Wilson and Angel Romero. Close Cousins, Ebony Dean, Tyessa Howard, Nathaniel Blevins, Kemontinez (Rachel) Whitefield, Demarkez Whitefield, Gordon-Darnell D. Peppers and Cedrick Peppers. A host of aunts and uncles, too many cousins to name and a long list of devoted friends that became family. A few are Troy Leach, Winston Stephens, Quincy "Q" Lockhart, Kiwanis Horton and Candace Allen. Godchildren, “Lil Adrian” Doss, Adriana Doss, Apryl Doss, Jasmine Cotton and Jamie Cotton.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m at Zion Upper Room Apostolic Faith Church. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m.
