Vaughn-Thomas Borum

Vaughn-Thomas Heyward Borum, 17, was born November 21, 2004. He died unexpectedly on Thursday, December 2, 2021.

Vaughn-Thomas was born in Las Vegas, NV and grew up in Hendersonville, TN He is the son of David and Kathy Borum. In addition to his parents, Vaughn-Thomas is survived by his younger brothers Blane Borum and Spencer Borum. He is the grandson of Linda Borum and Michael Borum, and the late Vaughn and Kay DuBose. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Vaughn-Thomas was a Junior at Pope John Paul II High School, Class of 2023. He enjoyed golf, basketball, and strength training. He was also a lifeguard at the Sumner County YMCA.

Vaughn-Thomas loved his friends and family. He spent his free time with friends, working out at the YMCA, playing video games, and hanging out with his brothers who describe him as hysterical, fun, and loving.

Vaughn-Thomas, you will be truly missed! We love you forever!

Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Hendersonville TN on Friday, December 17, 2021, 1:00-3:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Mass at 3:00pm.
