Steve Oeser

Steve E. Oeser “Peewee”, age 65, of Hendersonville passed away on September 10, 2023. Steve was born on December 1, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Ernest C. Oeser and Geneva Orren Oeser. 

Steve graduated for Hendersonville High School. He was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. 

Steve enjoyed working on his Camaro and showing it. He also enjoyed making custom car parts. In addition to his love for cars, Steve loved spending time with his family and being with his grandkids. 

In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded in death by his brother, Paul Oeser. 

Steve is survived by his wife of 30 years, Julie O’Saile Oeser; children, Jason Oeser, Brian Underwood (Sarah), Brandon Suttle; brother, George Oeser, grandchildren, Jacob and Anslee Oeser, Matthew and Emily Suttle, Ava and Haston Alford, Kasen Underwood, Carter Underwood; along with 5 nephews and 4 nieces. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 10 am - 2 pm at Long Hollow Baptist Church. After visitation, a service will be held at 2 pm. Burial will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
