Shelia Lynn Miller- age 67 of Hendersonville passed away March 12, 2015.
Shelia was a graduate of Shades Valley High School in Birmingham, AL. She then went on to attend Auburn University She eventually would marry her high school sweetheart and the love of her life Milton Miller.
Shelia loved the Lord and was an active member at Holiday Heights Baptist Church. She also devoted much of her time to the Red Hat Society.
She will forever be remembered as a selfless person who put everyone before herself. She was full of life and brightened every room she entered. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Kathryn Jackson and sister, Debbie Short.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, C. Milton Miller; daughters, Ashley Lynn Filippo-DeGuire (Derek DeGuire) and Allison Anne Davis (Chris); grandchildren, Katheryn and Joseph Filippo, Abby and Nate Davis and Lauren and Carson DeGuire; brother, Jack Jackson (Pat).
A life celebration will be held on Saturday at 2p.m. in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8pm and on Saturday from 1-2pm at HENDERSONVILLE FUNERAL HOME 353 Johnny Cash Pkwy Hendersonville, TN 37075 (615) 824-3855 hendersonvillefh.com
