FOXALL, Sarah Joanne, age 74. February 14, 2013. She is retired from the Metro Police Department. Preceded in death by her husband, William Glenn Foxall, Sr.; children, Glenda Uselton Randy, Billy Foxall, Anna Foxall; brother, Eddie Mitchell; grandchildren, Rachel Uselton, Chris Uselton Shelli, Whitney Foxall; great-grandchildren, Christina Uselton and Bryson Uselton. The service will be 12 noon, Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Mowrey officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Family will serve as pallbearers.
