Sandra "Sandy" Ward

Sandra “Sandy” Ward 71, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023.  Sandy was born on January 21, 1952, to Sam Burnett and Audrey Ruth Speakman Burnett Edwards in Nashville, Tennessee.

Sandy loved to travel, attend the Tennessee Titans football games, spending time with her family and friends, and most importantly loving on her grandchildren, Audrey and Aiden.

Sandy is preceded in death by her parents Samuel Burnett and Roy and Audrey Ruth Edwards, her brother Ronnie Burnett, and sister Sherry Edwards.  She is survived by her husband Thomas “Tommy” Ward, her son Chris (Mary Ann) Coulter, granddaughter Audrey Catherine Coulter, Randy and Robin Gardner, grandson Aiden Gardner, and her brother Terry Burnett.  In addition, she is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 4pm-6pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home.  A Memorial service will begin at 6pm in the Chapel at the funeral home.
