Age 99, of Hendersonville, passed away October 26, 2015.
Mrs. Ruth is best described as a sweet, caring, & wonderful woman. She was a Godly woman and lifetime member of Hendersonville Church of Christ. She was also a hardworking woman that retired from Genesco after many years of employment. She enjoyed doing puzzles, crocheting, knitting, gardening and most of all spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by her husband, George Henderson; son, Joel Henderson, Sr.; great-granddaughter, Courtney Henderson. Survived by her grandchildren, Joel Henderson, Jr. (Diana "Sis") & Jeff Henderson (Lisa); great-grandchildren, Christee Henderson (John Rogers Fiancé), Lauren Greer (Jake) & Lindsay Rollins (John); great-great-grandchildren, Hayden Leigh Henderson, Carsyn Henderson, Payton Rollins & Jace Greer; many extended family and friends.
A Life Celebration will be held 11:00am Friday, October 30, 2015 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
