Rosalie, 93, was born in NY, NY to Italian Immigrants who meet in the United Sates and was one of nine siblings. Growing up always surrounded by family, family became the theme of her whole life. As a young woman when she met Philip J. Nicolosi at a roller skating rink, she knew she had met the love of her life. Married in 1947 they shared a love that would last 61 years until his death in 2008.
Always ahead of her time she was a career woman when most moms stayed at home. But her only child, a son, Robert was always her main priority in life. Nothing gave her more joy then when he married Debra and soon after she became a grandmother to Robert Jr. and then Philip Michael.
Her last month's brought her to Tennessee where she was able to enjoy her great granddaughter, Baya. Rosalie passed knowing the legacy still continues with the news of another great grandbaby on the way.
In addition to her loving family, Rosalie will also be missed by so many friends she has made though out her long wonderful life.
Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband, Philip J. Nicolosi. She is survived by her son Robert (Debra); grandsons, Robert Jr.; Philip (Krista), and one great granddaughter, Baya.
