Rochelle Sanders

Olga Rochelle Sanders, age 86, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Funeral services for Rochelle will be held at  Hendersonville Memory Gardens and Funeral Home on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 12:00PM with interment to follow.

The family will accept visitors at Hendersonville Funeral Home on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM. Visitation will continue Saturday morning from 10:00AM until service time at 12:00PM.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ernest Dempsey “Red” & Nellie May Searcy, her first husband Jerry Robert Clark Sr., and her second husband Garvin Harold Sanders.

Rochelle is survived by sons Jerry (Christine) Clark, Wendell (Kim) Clark, Kirk (Laurie) Clark, daughter Kim (Darren) Lewis, and step-daughters Julie (Frank) Heery and Rebecca Brakefield. Grandchildren: Christy (Aaron) Moore, Joshua (Shawna) Clark, Ruth Clark, Rachel (Malcolm) Hendley, Katie (Tommy) Patterson, Ashley (Christopher) Fink, Holden Lewis, Matthew (Leah) Harbour, and Blake Heery. Great-Grandchildren: Kaitlyn Appalsammy, Megan Appalsammy, Madison Appalsammy, Grayson Clark, Garrett Clark, Ashton Williams, Sydney Williams, Jackson Williams, Dax Hendley, Allison Patterson, Autumn Patterson, Ava Patterson, Ridge Harbour, and Dawson Harbour.  Great-Great-Grandchild: Atlas Perry.

Rochelle was a devoted Christian woman who deeply loved her family.  She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church where she attended and served in the Women's Ministry and Isaiah Ministry for many years. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
