Roberta Julian

Roberta Carter Julian, 62, of Hendersonville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Born to the late Robert and Clydene Carter, Roberta was a lifelong resident of Hendersonville whose life was defined by her deep commitment to her family.

As a longtime realtor of over 30 years at One Stop Realty and owner of Hendersonville Tire Center, Roberta was known for her tireless work ethic and her generosity. She had a deep love for spending time with her children and grandchildren and took great joy in preparing large meals for her family gatherings. Everyone’s favorites and preferences were always considered, and plenty of butter was always used.

Roberta was a devoted wife to her late husband, David Julian II, with whom she shared 35 wonderful years, and a loving mother to her children, Tiffany Julian, Rachel Atkinson (Bill), and David Julian III (Brittany). She was also a very proud grandmother to Emily, Ethan, and Lauren. Roberta’s legacy of kindness, resilience, and determination lives on through her children and grandchildren.

Her life was never without its challenges, but Roberta faced each one with grit and determination. She worked tirelessly to build a life full of love and stability for her family, overcoming every obstacle in her path with unwavering resolve.

In addition to her parents and husband, Roberta is preceded in death by her son, Joseph Paul Julian. She is survived by her brother, Robert Carter, her children, and her cherished grandchildren. Her memory will forever be held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Visitation for Roberta will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 11 am - 1 pm in the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St. Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075). A private graveside service will be held.
