Robert "Bobby" Anderson Watts

Mr. Robert "Bobby" Anderson Watts, 63, of Hendersonville passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, August 22. He was born on July 17, 1955, the son of the late Jack Lonnie Watts and Jane Shirley Anderson Watts.

Mr. Watts was a loving son, brother, uncle, and great-uncle. He enjoyed the outdoors, riding in his jeep, taking photographs of wildlife and nature,
monthly "get-togethers" with friends from Hendersonville High Class of '73, and he enjoyed his extended family. Mr. Watts retired in 2010 from a career at Nissan Automotive Plant. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hendersonville.

He is survived by his sisters: Jackie (Paul) Decker, Shirley (Bruce) Johnson, and DeAnna (Nic) Holzmer. He is survived by eight nephews and two nieces: Paul "Ty" (Jennifer) Decker, Tommy (Jenny) Decker, Joey (Lauren) Decker, Laura (Scott) Baldwin, Matt, Amanda, and Lou Holzmer, Daniel, Andrew, and Samuel Johnson; six great-nephews and nieces, Landon Holzmer and Tyler, Brooks, Hope, and Lynnlee Jane Decker, and Addison Jane Baldwin.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 am Thursday, August 30 in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with the Reverend Michael Davis officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in the Memory Garden Cemetery. The family will also receive visitors on Wednesday evening, August 29, from 4-7 pm at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Hendersonville Humane Society or Hendersonville First Presbyterian Church.
