Patricia Anne (Caldwell) Story, age 72 of Hendersonville, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021. She was born on January 3, 1949 in Corpus Christi, TX, to the late Alexander Joseph Caldwell and Ruby Ethridge Lee Caldwell. Preceded in death by her husband, Jim Story Sr., brother, Alex Caldwell, grandson, Christopher Daniel Adams. Survived by her children; Angela Story, Matthew Story, Jim Daniel "Danny" Story Jr., grandchildren; Hadley Story, Tucker Story, Savannah Stafford (Trace), Blakeley Story, Brianna Winegar, Braden McGrann, Cheyenne Adams, Destiny Wells and great-grandchild, Oliver Stafford. Patricia is also survived by her sisters, Mary Gross and Gladys Certain, along with her two dogs, Peppers and Piper.

Patricia enjoyed cross stitching and making ceramics. She liked visiting her favorite destination, Bob Hall Pier in Texas, loved shopping, especially at Ross, and eating out at Olive Garden. She enjoyed watching The Beast on the Game Show Network and westerns, her favorite being High Chaparral. Patricia loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and will be dearly missed.

A celebration of life service for Patricia will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 East Main Street in Hendersonville on Wednesday, February 24th at 1:00 PM, officiated by Pastor Richard Gaia. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 12:00 PM.

The funeral home requests that those attending the visitation and/or the service to wear masks and observe social distancing.
