McNEIL, Norma S. - Age 92 of Dickson, TN. Preceded in death by her husband, William "Penny" McNeil; son Lanny McNeil; daughter; Sylvia Gaskil. Survived by her son, James McNeil Peggy; grandchildren, Nicholas McNeil Lisa, Melissa Brown Donald, Robin Russel and Vicky; nephew, Frank Joyce; niece, Ruby Mangrum Owens; and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
