Died April 1, 2015 at the age of 83.
Mrs. Brown was born and attended school in White House, TN. She was employed by American General Insurance, retiring after 35 years of service.
Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by parents, Walter and Callie Biggs Greer; sisters, Doris M. Pitt and Jeanine Ray; brother, Leroy S. Greer.
Survived by loving husband, Robert W. (Bob) Brown; nephew, Tim (Sally) Pitt; their children, Samantha and Savannah Pitt; a loving and caring family, Don and Glenn Greer; Nieces, Dana (Scott) Hammond, Sylvia (Dennis) Crisp, Phyllis McCleaf; brother-in-law, Kenneth Pitt and Willie (Bill) Ray; sister-in-law, Frances Greer. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Tonya Nace with Home Instead and Carol with Caris Hospice for all the wonderful care they provided.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm, Thursday April 2, at Hendersonville Funeral Home 353 Johnny Cash Pkwy. Hendersonville, TN. A Life Celebration Service will be held 11am Friday April 3, at the Bluegrass Baptist Church with visitation being held prior to the service from 10am-11am.
