Mary Watkins

Mary Louise Watkins, age 77, passed away on December 9, 2021

She was born in Houston, TX on February 25, 1944.

She and Jon were married 39 years. She loved spending time with her family and close friends, especially her children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter and her schnauzer, Maggie.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jon Watkins, her mother, Ruth Taylor (Granny Taylor), her father, Douglas Taylor and her brother, Doug Taylor.

She is survived by her son, Kent (Leigh Ann) Watkins; daughter, Kristi Watkins; grandchildren: Kody (Brooke) Watkins; Brady (Kayla Conger) Watkins; Morgan Watkins; great-granddaughter, Delilah Coker-Watkins; sister, Deborah Sheppard and her beloved animals: Maggie, Chance, Paisley, Sapphire, Pretzel and Jade.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Hendersonville Memory Gardens & Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 3 p.m. with Scott Dobbins officiating. Visitation with family and friends will be held two hours prior to the service.
