Survived by children, James Edward Nickens, Margaret Elizabeth Moore Tom, Jennie Elaine Meadows, Cheri Denise Singer Ed, sister, Ann Burrum Sutton; brother, Charlie Burrum; sisters, Kathy Burrum Johnson, Brenda Burrum; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be 1 p.m., August 18, 2011 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
