Mary Dacri

Mrs. Mary Jane Dacri age 73, of Madison, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020.

Mrs. Dacri was born in Pittsfield, MA, on December 7, 1946, the daughter of the late George Henry Horton and Mary Helen Bradley Horton. She graduated from Anna Maria College earning her bachelor of arts' degree. Mrs. Dacri was a parishioner at Saint Joseph Catholic Church. She was a member of Old Hickory Country Club where she enjoyed playing golf and tennis with her many friends. She was an accomplished artist and loved horseback riding and had many works depicting the horses she loved so much. She was a stay at home mom for her daughter Christina, guiding her as she was developing her skills in golf, swimming and tennis.

Survivors include her husband, Francis L. Dacri; a daughter, Christina Wantz (Wayne); a grandson, Andrew Wantz; granddaughter, Anna Wantz; a brother, George Horton (Carolyn); a sister, Christina Brennan (Bill); and five nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
