Marjorie H. Dulany, was born to the late James and Birdie Hinton on June 6, 1924 and went to rest in the arms of her savior, Jesus Christ on January 17, 2014.
Marjorie was a great lady of faith, and a 50 year member of Hendersonville Church of Christ. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents and 4 siblings, and husband, Howard Wayne Dulany. Marjorie is survived by her son, Robert "Bob" Dulany (Pamela "Pam" S.), daughter, Janice Faye Downs (Allen) of Orlando, FL.; grandchildren, Deshea Faughn (Mark), Jenny Jones (Christopher), Clinton P. Dulany, Michael Downs, Paul Downs (Jennifer), and Amy (Robert) Ramos; great-grandchildren, Alex, Lily, John, and Nicholas Downs, Matthew and Logann Jones, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2014 from 5-8pm and on Tuesday from 12-1pm. A life celebration service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 1pm in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home, with Keith Parker officiating.
Active pall bearers will be Louis Oliver, Christopher Jones, Mark Faughn, Mike Hinton, Clint Dulany, and Allen Downs.
