Marie Alexander

Marie Follin Alexander, age 87, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 at her residence in Hendersonville, TN. Marie was born February 3, 1934 in Jenkins, KY. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister, she is preceded in death by her parents Wick Fuqua and Irma Hubbard Follin, her husband of 61 years Jack Alexander, her son Brian Alexander, and her brothers Jack C. Follin and Sidney Lawson.

She is survived by her son Greg Alexander, her daughter-in-law Heather Vaughn, her loving grandsons Josh Alexander (Diane) and Ryan Alexander (Shelby), her brothers Wick F. Follin (Josephine) and Toby Lawson. She also leaves behind many nephews and nieces who loved her, including her namesake, JoMarie Follin Ferrell. Marie will be laid to rest on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM, with a visitation on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.
