Lynn Flatt

Lynn L. Flatt, age 77 of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 in Gallatin, TN. Lynn was born in Madison, TN and was the daughter of the late Richard and Evelyn Roberta Gillespie Lane.

Mrs. Flatt is survived by her daughter Kimberly Cusson (Brian); son Chris Flatt (Tanya); granddaughters McKenzie Parker, Lane Acevedo (Kevin), Abby Flatt, Jillian Flatt, and Chloe Flatt; grandsons Wesley Flatt and Christian Flatt; great- granddaughter to be Elliana Lynn Acevedo due to arrive in September 2022; best friends for life the Bailey family Bill, Brenda, and Randy. Lynn was preceded in death by her husband Travis D. Flatt, parents Richard Roland Lane and Evelyn Roberta Gillespie Lane; daughters Melissa Ann Flatt and Jennifer Lynn Flatt; sister Judy Seiber.

A service to celebrate Lynn’s life will be held at 11am on the morning of Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Christ is Love Church in Hendersonville, TN. with Matt Malone officiating. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home and one hour prior to the start of the service at the church.

Lynn loved knitting and sewing, her favorite color was purple. She loved fried catfish, hamburger steak. Her two favorite beverages of choice were Mountain Dew and Sonic Diet Cherry Limeade. She was the whole worlds “Nana” and loved by many.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her. Lynn will be missed most of all by her loving family.
