Lisa Burton

Lisa Gail Burton, age 59 of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Lisa was born in Madison, TN and was the daughter of the late Carl and Ruby Morgan Allen. She graduated from Hendersonville High School in 1980

Lisa is survived by her two daughters Mandy Burton and Heather Burton; daughter in law Danielle Burton; grandsons Grayson and Ian Burton. She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years Robert Burton I and son Robert Burton II ; family members Bob and Carolyn Reed, and Reginald Moulton. Lisa was also preceded in death by her grandparents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A service to celebrate Lisa’s life will be at 12pm on the afternoon of Monday, April 25, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Dr. Steven Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm on the afternoon of Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. A second visitation will be held from 10-12pm on the morning of Monday, April 25, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home.

Lisa worked for McDonald’s for 28 years where she met many people and made several lifelong friends. Later she worked at Nashville International Airport for almost 2 years before her health started to decline in 2017. Lisa enjoyed playing bingo as she went every week. She loved Coca-Cola products and collected anything Coca-Cola. Summer was her favorite season and enjoyed being outside on her back deck with family and friends. She enjoyed watching The Tennessee Titans play and was a huge Vanderbilt Commodores fan.
