Linda Riddle

Linda Faye Riddle, age 80, of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022. Linda was born in Columbia, TN and was the daughter of the late Horace Deimer White and Hazel Shannon White.

Mrs. Riddle is survived by her husband of 65 years Don Riddle; daughters Vickie Smith (Brian), Donna Hall; son Donald Riddle, Jr. (Carolyn); sister Mary Webb grandchildren Shanon Pennington, Jeremy Stocks and Drew Stocks (Haley); eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Linda  was preceded in death by her daughter Christy Pence; grandson Casey Pence and sister Pat Taylor.

A Celebration of Life for Linda will be held at 12pm on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Jeff Phillips officiating. Visitation will be held from 4pm-8pm on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. A second visitation will be held two hours prior to the start of the service starting at 10am. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Linda was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved to travel and play casino games. Linda was a member of Saundersville United Methodist Church. She volunteered at the church for numerous activities and charities. Christmas was her favorite holiday. She loved making Christmas candy and giving it to all the family members. She loved decorating and being the host of Christmas parties.

Linda loved to be around the water and in the sun. After being a lifeguard and teaching she taught her children and grandchildren to swim. Linda was Vice President of Automatic Service Co., Inc for 20 plus years. She was much loved and will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the community.
