Lillian Jean Raymond

Lillian Jean Raymond, age 87, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away December 3, 2024. Jean was born to the late William Thomas Peach and Lillie Florence (Sea) Peach in Milburn, Kentucky on August 5, 1937.

Jean worked at Kings Daughter Child Development Center for 29 years doing what she loved, cooking for all the children.

Jean loved spending time with her family. Most of all, Jean loved the Lord. 

In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Coleman Raymond; her daughter, Faith Anderson Raymond; and her siblings, Edna Mae Peach, William Ralph Peach, and Virginia Kate (Peach) Durham. 

Jean is survived by her sons, Oliver Wayne Raymond (Mary Jane Wheeler) and Russell Lee Raymond (Robin Lynn Dorris); her daughter, Gwendolyn Gail Raymond Stanley (Howard Keith); her 8 grandchildren, Staci Rai Raymond Young (Michael), Hunter Wayne Coleman Raymond (Tiffany), Jonathan Ault; Natalie Marie Raymond Martin (Ryan), Adam Lee Raymond (Jessica), Troy Lynne Raymond, Howard Trent Stanley, Anthony Keith Stanley; and 8 great grandchildren, Andrew Oliver “Ollie” Young, Leighanna Faith “Annie” Martin, Coleman William Raymond, Bryce Smith, Kassidy Smith, Landyn Smith, Charlie Rex Raymond, and Philip Frederick Young. 

Visitation for Jean will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church (1602 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, Tennessee 37115). The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at the same location with burial to follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075).
