Larry "Butch" Williams - Age 67 of Madison passed away suddenly after a motorcycle accident on March 27, 2015.
Butch was born March 7th, 1948 in Nashville. He was a graduate of Hendersonville High School in 1966, the same year he met his future wife. He loved music, motorcycles and his family. He played drums in Anglo-Saxon rock group until he was drafted into the United States Army during Vietnam. After serving his country honorably he played drums at Starlight, followed by Reason Four, Jan Witte, Famous Amos and Lifecycle. He later partnered with his dad & brothers forming Williams Brothers Masonry. He also had a lifelong love for riding, which started when he rode in his mother's womb on motorcycles. He was a "Ride to Live" guy.
Preceded in death by his parents, Winfred D. "Mutt" Williams & Corinne Gibson Williams. Survived by his loving wife Sandy Hubbard Williams; children, Kaycie Williams & L. M. "Butchie" Williams, Jr.; sisters, Lisa Houston & Cheryl Williams; brothers, Tim Williams (Cindy) & Mike Williams (Teresa); several extended family members and friends.
A Mass will be held 10am Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Reverend Tomy Joseph as Celebrant. Active Pallbearers are Timmy Lee Williams, Michael Williams, Jon-Isaac Williams, Dave Harlow, Brad Hubbard, Jonathan Hubbard, Cole Shelton & Raymond Harlow. Honorary Pallbearers are Braiden Windrow, Ayden Williams, Brennan Williams, Breyer Williams, T. C. Harlow, Zack Harlow & Larry Taylor. Visitation will be held 4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project or The American Red Cross.
