LaDonna Ophelia Ruiz, age 57, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Irma Haynie, brother, Larry Haynie.
LaDonna is survived by her loving husband, Jose Ruiz, of 39 years, children; Ginger Michelle Ruiz and Angela Marie Ruiz, grandchildren; DeCoda Tray Ruiz, Anthony TyRone Gooch, Dajia Ophelia Ruiz, Jaden Louis Ruiz, Destiny Skyla Green, Aaliyah Salena Green and Nicolas Lee Coggins Jr. LaDonna is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
LaDonna enjoyed playing poker, classic muscle cars, oldies and classic rock music, boating, swimming and her Chihuahua's. She was a strong, loving wife and mother who was a best friend to her children and loved spending time with her grandchildren. LaDonna will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Life celebration for LaDonna will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 E. Main Street in Hendersonville, on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM.
