Mr. Kurt James Loos age 64, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Mr. Loos was born in Steubenville, OH, on January 5, 1954, the son of Adeline Dallas Loos and the late James Charles Loos. He graduated in 1971 from Archbishop Curley High School. Mr. Loos attended Volunteer State Community College and then graduated in 1979 from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University. He was employed with Nashville Tempered Glass. Mr. Loos enjoyed playing the guitar, golf, traveling, and collecting old items. In addition to his father, Mr. Loos was preceded in death by his brother, Eric Loos.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Loos is survived by his son, James Maddox "Jim" Loos; a sister, Karen (Richard) Stackler; a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Loos; a nephew, Joseph Loos; and three nieces, Erika Stewart, Jil Paquette, and Samantha Maglionico.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 2:00 P.M., Hendersonville Funeral Home.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Saturday from noon until the service hour at Hendersonville Funeral Home.

Kurt's love was his son, Jim and he would prefer memorial contributions to his son's college fund at First TN Bank, James M. Loos.
