Katherine "Margie" Marsh, age 84 passed away April 14, 2014 at her home in Hendersonville.
Margie was a graduate of East High School. She loved life and was a friend to many people, helping others whenever she could. She loved travel and travelled extensively with her husband.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh L. Marsh, Sr.; parents, Katherine Mayer and Edgar Allen, Sr.; brothers, William Allen, Edgar Allen, Jr., Douglas Allen sister; Shirley Tyree.

Survived by her four sons, Lee, David (Phyllis), Sam and Steven (Nikki) Marsh; grandchildren, John, Jake, Melissa, Steven Jr., Hannah, Emily & Benjamin; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Charlotte, Isaac & Ethan; sister, Jean (Pat) Patterson; brother, Jim ( Marie); sister-in-law, Eloise (Robert) Taylor, brother-in-law Bob (Bobbie) Marsh; many nieces and nephews, extended family members, beloved friends & caregivers.

A Life Celebration will be held 2pm Thursday at Hendersonville Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family and friends to serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 4:00pm - 8:00pm Wednesday & 1:00pm -2:00pm Thursday at funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice or the charity of your choice.
