Karl J. Seybert, II, Hendersonville, TN, went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2016, in Bloomington, IL. Jerry was born on March 27, 1969, in Anderson, IL.
Jerry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He enjoyed life and loved boating and listening to his favorite friends play music. He will be missed by many. He was a father who loved his children to a fault. He would give of himself to his friends and family unconditionally. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold Rice and Margaret Boner, both of Hendersonville, TN, and fraternal grandparents, Carl E. Seybert and Virginia Inholt Self, both of Anderson, IN, and brother William Terry Stafford.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Annie. Jerry referred to Annie as the love of his life. Family and friends believed this due to his undying love and devotion to her. He is survived by four children, Christopher Michael Seybert, Amanda Christine Hall, Karl Seybert, III, all of Hendersonville, TN, and David Terry Seybert of North Carolina, stepson Joshua (Becca) Hudgins. Jerry is survived by his parents, Carol Marie Rice Misch (Hendersonville) and Karl J. Seybert (Kathy) (Hendersonville) as well as his beloved mother-in-law, Dottie Berger of Castalian Springs, grandchildren, Ava Grace Seybert, Laylah and Bella Hall, Gage, Hanah, Madison Seybert, Caitlin Dixon and Luke Allen Seybert.
Jerry is also survived by brother, Darrell Wayne Key and sister Sarah Marie Stringfellow (Phillip), half-sisters, Lisa Rae Seybert, Tara Seybert Snyder (Ron), and Lorie Lynch (Donnie), all of Connersville, IN, step-sister Danielle Hester (Jeff) of Murfreesboro and step-brother Jason Pomeroy (Julie) of Hendersonville, brother-in-law Richie Berger of Gallatin and special friend, Craig Mitchell. Jerry will be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and his many dear friends.
A celebration of Jerry's life will be held at 5:00PM on Saturday, May 28, 2016, with visitation from 3:00PM until 5:00PM at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 E. Main Street, Hendersonville, TN, 37075, 615-824-3855.
