Karen Malone

Miss Karen Faye Malone age 61, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Rejoice! The most wonderful of all his promises was fulfilled once again last night. Jesus, in all his love and mercy, took Karen by the hand and led her home. Her crippled body, with all its suffering, was made young and healthy and free of pain. Her mind was made keen and clear with an understanding she's never known. There to greet her into his most beautiful and glorious kingdom were Mom, Judy, and Freda. There they will dwell in the light of his glory and love...forever and forever...Amen.

Karen was born in Nashville, TN, on December 16, 1958, the daughter of the late Fred Everett Malone and Mabel Marie Frazier. She attended Hendersonville Baptist Church for many years. Karen worked for O'Charley's Restaurant and Burger King for several years. Karen enjoyed walking, cross word puzzles, and caring for animals.

Survivors include her brother, Jerry Malone.

The brother would like to thank her caregivers in her later life at Volunteers of American, especially Jackie. Also, her special friend at Neighborhood Network, Dana and her lifelong friend, Dorenda.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date per Karen's request.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Safe Place for Animals 905 Mallard Drive, Gallatin, TN 37066.
