Justin James Brown, age 10, of Hendersonville, passed away on Wednesday, July 29th, 2020. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Sherry Brown. Survived by his parents; James and Jennifer Brown, siblings; Dallas Brown, Scottie Hayes, Austin Hayes and Lakrishia Lester, paternal grandparents; James and Donna Brown, maternal grandparents; Lisa and Keith "Big Dude" Peterson, David Hayes and great-grandmother, Claire Hendley.

Justin was born on October 3rd, 2009, in Nashville to James and Jennifer Brown. He graduated 3rd grade at Guild Elementary in Gallatin. Justin was an outgoing, energetic boy who was full of life. He greeted everyone he met with an infectious smile. He loved to play outside and ride his scooter. Justin loved Mickey Mouse and watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Justin will be dearly missed by his family and classmates. As Justin's father put it, he was "awesome".

A celebration of life service for Justin will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 East Main Street, on Wednesday, August 5th, at 12:00 PM, presided by Pastor Aaron Schwartz. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, August 4th from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at New Hall Town Cemetery in Portland.
