Judith Odom Loftin, age 83, of Hendersonville passed away on September 12, 2023. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on September 14, 1939 to the late Jesse and Clara Odom.
Judy will be remembered for her constant smile and her love to laugh. She enjoyed spending time with her CBCA friends. She loved to travel, especially to the beach. She was known as “Mimi” to her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Mimi made the best lasagna. Notably, Judy worked in the nursery of many churches for 27 years. She was a member of Indian Lake Peninsula Church.
Judy is survived by her husband, Curtis Loftin; children, Kathy McManus (Jim) and David Loftin (Cindy); grandchildren, Jennifer Alexander (Adam), Jeremy Allen (Brooke), Mary Grace Moore (Josh), Anna Beth Caldwell (Robbie), Olivia Ellington (Tyler), Jennifer Simpkins (Troy), Garret McManus (Rhonda); and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 at Indian Lake Peninsula Church from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm. After visitation, a service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
