Mrs. Juanita Sue "Tommy" Lewis, age 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 4, 2019. She was born on December 15, 1940 in Portsmouth, OH to the late John and Pauline Atkins. She is also preceded in death by three siblings, Phyllis, Wanda, and Melissa.

Also known as Susie, or mom to many, she loved helping others any way that she could and making them feel special. Juanita was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1994 and her family describes her as the ultimate fighter. Before her sickness, she enjoyed doing laundry, spending time in Amish Country as well as hunting with her family. She also enjoyed spending her time watching Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies.

Juanita is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Mr. Wayne Lewis; children, Rodney Lee Steinhauer (Susie), Jennifer Steinhauer, Leslie Carol Ruggles (Lesley), Kenneth Wayne Lewis (Dena), Richard Shane Steinhauer, Christopher James Lewis (Danielle), Eric Wayne Lewis (Michelle), and Josh Lewis (Mindy Sue); 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Ralph, Mike, Linda Kay, Janie, Sandy, Dan, and Ellie; and best friend for over 62 years, Ms. Ruth Brown.
