Johnnie Collins

COLLINS, Johnnie Tasso, age 83, of Bethpage, passed away November 20, 2011. Johnnie retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Early in his life he served in the Army where he was stationed in Japan. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Arlene Collins; sons, Dannie Collins and Doug Terry Collins; step-daughters, Lisa Michael Aaron, Treasa Greg Morris; grandchildren, Shannon Jason Madden, Danielle Collins, Jeremy, Jason and Jared Collins; step-grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Joe, and Mary Morris and Nicolas Aaron; great-grandchild, Ava Kubos. A Life Celebration service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Binion officiating. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
