Mr. Joe Kenneth Butts age 86, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021.

Mr. Butts was born in Gordonsville, TN, on November 13, 1934, the son of the late Campbell and Ova Butts. He served in the United States Army. Mr. Butts was a member of Holiday Heights Baptist Church. He retired from Firestone as a service manager after thirty-seven years of service. Mr. Butts loved western movies, dancing, being in his shed, but most of all spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Butts was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Butts and his siblings, Lorene Johnson, J.L. Butts, Robert Butts, and Christine Taylor.

Survivors include his daughter, Cathey Rogers (Rick); a son, Kenneth Duane Butts (Kathy); three grandchildren, Kelley White, Casey White (Amanda), and Tashana Davis (Jimmy); five great-grandchildren; a niece; and two nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 1:00 P.M., Hendersonville Funeral Home with Kevin Minchey officiating. Interment will follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Thursday from noon until the funeral hour at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
