Jerry Bullock

Mr. Jerry Bullock, Sr. age 86, of Hendersonville, passed away on July 8, 2023. Jerry was born on June 21, 1937 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Jerry enjoyed sports. He had a special interest in golfing, bowling, and watching college football and the Tennessee Volunteers. Jerry was a member of the Hendersonville Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the American Legion. His family describes him as a “collector of collectibles,” as he enjoyed collecting many different items. More than anything, Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Leona Haynes; brothers, George Marshall Bullock (Nancy) and Thomas Howard Haynes (Sharon); and grandson, Christopher Wayne Lilly.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Bernice Aline Bullock; his children, Regina Lynn Lilly and Donnie Bullock (Sheri); grandchildren, Heather Smith (Eric), Timmy Roberts (Tara), Lauren George, Ben Bullock (Camry), Beau Bullock, and Sydney Davis (Ian); and great grandchildren, Roman Smith, Aubrey Bullock, Everlee George, Jensen Roberts, and Rylie Smith.

Pallbearers will be Ben Bullock, Beau Bullock, Timmy Roberts, Ian Davis, Eric Smith, Steve Bullock.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Funeral services for Jerry will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Greg Jones officiating.
