Jennifer Giles

On Friday, December 31, 2021, Jennifer Anne Giles passed away at the age of 48 from natural causes.  Jennifer was born on April 9, 1973, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Johnny and Patsy (Lee) Giles.  Although she was never married, Jennifer had many great loves in her life and those reading this note will know who you are.  Jennifer was a fiercely dedicated friend and would give her last dime to help someone in need.  She was a protective mother to many lucky cats over the years including the most recent “Pat the cat”.  Her biggest accomplishment was ensuring the safety and well-being of her parents as they aged.  She embodied her hero, Mickey Mouse, by trying to make everything happy and magical.

She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Walker Giles and her two half-sisters, Theresa Giles and Becky Giles.  She is survived by her mother Patsy Giles, her brother Johnny Giles, her brother Dobie Giles, and her nieces Maia Giles and Payton Giles.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Hendersonville Memorial Gardens, 353 East Main Street, Hendersonville, TN 37075.  In lieu of floral tributes the family has requested that donations be made to your local animal shelter.
