Jeffrey David Nale, 59, passed away after a short courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, February 14th at Hendersonville Medical Center. The son of the late Lawrence R. and Bobbie Glenn (Hoke) Nale, he was born July 20, 1957 in Clarksburg, WV. Jeff moved to TN where he was raised and educated, graduating from Hendersonville High School. He was a long time employee of Nissan North America having been hired in 1983 prior to the plants completion. His beautiful smile and outgoing personality accompanied with his kind, helpful heart was known to all his friends, family and even strangers. A devoted husband, father and friend, he was married to his wife of nearly 40 years, Valerie S. (Balfe) Nale on August 12, 1977. Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Brittany Nale, Courtney (Jeff) Cassetty and granddaughter, Addie Grace Cassetty; and his brother Larry (Kathy) Nale all from Hendersonville, as well as extended family members and his dog Cooper. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. William Liggett, Shelley Ploch and the staff of Tennessee Oncology for their care and support. Visitation will be held Friday, February 17th from 4 -8 pm. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday at 10 am with entombment at Hendersonville Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
