Jean L. Hunt Age 68 of Hendersonville passed away October 3, 2014.
Jean was a kind and loving woman with a generous soul. She could best be described as a woman with a passion for life. She was an avid sports fan, especially of the SEC conference and Alabama Football. She also enjoyed music, reading novels, doing crossword puzzles, cooking, taking pictures, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Skylah.
After attending the University of New Hampshire, Mrs. Hunt was a stewardess with Eastern Airlines. She devoted her life to caring and nurturing her family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Grace Lorraine Martineau Woolston and Frederick I. Woolston. Survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Art Hunt and children Bonnie Hunt Puerto (Sergio) and Jim Hunt and granddaughter, Skylah Puerto, sister Patricia Morando (Lou); sister-in-law Heather Valentine (Ron), and nieces Laurie VanHout, Tamara Garcia, Karen Icklan, and Lisa McEacharn; and several extended family members and friends.
A Life Celebration will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday October 11, 2014 at Hendersonville Funeral Home 353 Johnny Cash Parkway, Hendersonville, TN. (615) 824-3855 with burial to follow at the Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
