Janice Faye Strahle, age 77 of Hendersonville, TN passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. Janice was born September 28, 1941 in Sydney, OH. Janice was the cornerstone of her family and was a rock-solid woman who hit the ground running and ready to go each and every day. She was extremely generous and was an amazing provider to her family and close friends, and would always go without to make sure her family was provided for. She was a long time member of the Madison Church of Christ and Hendersonville Church of Christ, where she, along with her husband taught several classes over the years. On January 19, 1963 Janice was united in marriage to her loving, devoted and faithful husband of over 55 years, Donald Strahle, who survives. Also surviving are her 3 children, Ken (Denise) Linder, Ron (Teresa) Strahle and Robin (Ken) Davis; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joanne Jerome, Thelma Brymer, Velma Morris and Melva Williams. Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 7th from 4-8pm at the Hendersonville Funeral Home and again on Monday, October 8th from 10-11:30am, where a celebration of life will follow at 11:30am with interment following at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville.
