Jimmy Pomeroy, age 75, of Goodlettsville passed away December 20, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 21, 1942 in Nashville, TN to the late Charles Dave and Mary Lloyd (Sloan) Pomeroy. Jimmy is also preceded in death by his brother, Dave Glen Pomeroy.

He was a longtime owner and operator of Colourworks Incorporated and had a close working relationship with the music industry. Jimmy was an active alumni member of Bailey Junior High School and Hume Fogg Technical and Vocational High School. In his spare time he could be found wetting a hook at his favorite fishing hole or playing a round or two of golf.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife, Billie Joyce Pomeroy; daughter, Julie Clark (Steve); son, Jeff Pomeroy (Tammy); son, Jay Pomeroy (Dawn); grandchildren, Taylor, Shelby and Rachel Pomeroy.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Friday and from 11-12 Saturday at Hendersonville Funeral Home. A celebration of life funeral service will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
