James Leo Little, age 74 of Hendersonville, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 19th at 2 p.m. at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Father Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 19th from noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Inurnment, with Military Honors, will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Fisher House Foundation, donations@fisherhouse.org, or St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, donors@stjude.org.
Mr. Little was born December 6, 1947 in Greene County, Arkansas to the late Vernon Little and Ruth Howe Little. He is pre-deceased by his sister Nell Vaughn. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marianne Little; brothers, Denver (Earline) Little and Ivan (Wanda) Little; step-children Patricia Stanford, Christa (Bill) Thomas, and Susan Hunt; grandchildren Elycia (Travis) Seagraves, Brad Poe, Julianne (Jordan) Peace, Brandon Hunt, Grant Poe, Kelly (Hunter) Holler, and Annie Hunt; and great-grandchildren Aiden, Olivia, and Elijah Seagraves, Sam Peace, and Charlie Holler.
Jim was an army veteran, a hard-working provider, and a loving family man. He was a member of the Vietnam Veteran Association and loved traveling with his wife. Most of all, Jim loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his devotion, kindness, and generosity to all.”
