Mr. James William Ingram, age 85, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2019 at Centennial Medical Center. James was born on October 4, 1933 in to the late Jesse and Elsie Ingram. He is also preceded In death by two daughters, Naomi Ingram and Vivian Gregory.

James is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Retha Ingram; children, Darlene (Billy) Moore, Fay (Danny) McKay, Jesse (Vonzella) Ingram, and William (Wilma) Ingram; stepchildren, Earl Hughey, Wayne Hughey, Kathy Hughey, and Donna Saffels; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

James was a big family man, he adored his grandchildren. He also enjoyed spending time doing wood crafting and making different things out of wood.

A life celebration will be held 11am, Saturday, January 5, 2019 in the chapel at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Friday evening and again one hour prior to the service.
