James Brinkley

James Darryl “Gator” Brinkley, 59, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on June 3, 2022 in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Visitation will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 and 9:30am to 11am on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

The funeral service will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with words by Chaplin Bing Davis and David Hayes. Burial will follow at Beech Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hendersonville Funeral Home.

James Darryl Brinkley was born in Madison, Tennessee to James Dorris Brinkley and Glenda Sue Hayes on July 21, 1962.  He went to school at Beech in Hendersonville, Tennessee.  He married Lisa Reed on July 31, 1986 in Gallatin.  He worked in construction for all of his life.  He enjoyed  fishing and hunting.

James Darryl Brinkley is preceded in death by his father James Dorris Brinkley.

James Darryl Brinkley is survived by Lisa Brinkley-wife; Joshua Sadler (Jessica)-son, Kimberly Bynum (Lex)-daughter, and Brian Brinkley-son: Randy Brinkley-brother; Glenda Brinkley-mother;

Grandchildren: Sadie, Preston, Dacion, Destiny, Dakota, Daven, Jackson, and Elijah.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Douglas, James Allen Brinkley, Darell Wayne Kirkwood, Danny Kobald, Troy Kobald, and Daris Keith.

Memorials may be given to Hendersonville Funeral Home-353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, TN 37075.
