James Castleman

James Edward Castleman, age 75, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 in Hendersonville, TN. James was born in Madison, TN on October 30, 1946 and was the son of the late James and Jewel Dixon Castleman.

Mr. Castleman is survived by many loving family members and friends. James was predeceased in death by his wife Linda Castleman. A service to celebrate James’s life will be held at 2pm on the afternoon of Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Larry Marlar officiating. Pallbearers will be Burt Castleman, Jr., Barry Harshaw, Brennen Harshaw, Edmond Kerr, Charles Gregory, and Joe Lamberth.   Visitation will be held on the morning of Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 10am-2pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home.

James was a Christian that loved his bible. He was an avid Tennessee Titans fan. He was always known for being a jokester. James worked for Genesco in the receiving department and retired from there after 42 years of service.

He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
