Jade Hefferan

Jade Olivia Hefferan, age 17 of Lebanon, TN passed away at home on Thursday, February 14, 2019. Jade was born July 5, 2001 in Nashville, TN to proud parents, Terry and Andrea (Faulkner) Hefferan. Jade was a homebody who enjoyed spending time with her couple close friends and her family. She had a very unique personality and a great sense of humor, always sharing her quick wit with her family. Jade is survived by her father, Terry Hefferan; her brother, Riley Hefferan; grandmother, Mary Ellen Hefferan; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Andrea Hefferan; paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents. Family will receive friends on Monday (2/18) from 6-8pm at the Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St; Hendersonville, TN 37075). Additional funeral services will be held in Michigan with interment taking place at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery in Ada, MI.
