Jack William Garrison Jr, 73, passed away at his home Saturday, June 22, 2019 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer which he fought with dignity and grace. His wife and children were with him.

Born October 25, 1945 in Memphis, TN he is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Garrison as well as two brothers, Glen and David Garrison.

He is survived by his loving wife Linda Garrison; children Gina Thomas (Sherron) , Mike Garrison (Marshelle) and Kimberly Wakefield (Steven); grandchildren Brandon, Hayley, Taylor, Chase, James; his brothers, Tommy (Charlotte) and Mark (Harriet) Garrison; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jack was driven, ambitious and adventurous he worked hard to ensure his family was provided for and over the years he mastered many hobbies. He achieved his private pilot license, was a certified scuba diver and loved golf. He eventually became an avid motorcycle enthusiast and loved riding bikes with his wife and good friends. Always constant in his life was his love of country music, boating and all water sports.

Services will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Visitation will be 1:00pm-3:00pm and his celebration of life immediately following at 3:00pm.
