Mrs. Ina Coaline Haskins age 80, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019.
Mrs. Haskins was born in Red Boiling Springs, TN, on March 10, 1939, the daughter of the late Frank Hargis Denson and Rachel Mai Williams Denson. She loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Haskins will always be remembered for being a giver to all and never having an unkind word. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, reading, cooking, and playing video games with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Haskins was preceded in death by a daughter, Ina Mai Haskins; a son, Anthony Haskins; a sisters, Frankie Foree and Rebecca Thaxton; a brother, Cohen Denson; and a son-in-law, Donnie Sisco. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Survivors include her husband, Leon Haskins, to whom she was married on December 30, 1961; two daughters, Tammy Sisco and Anita (Derek) Towe; five grandchildren, Clayton (Whitney) Sisco, Drew (Faustin) Haskins, Bryce Haskins and his fiancé, Taylor, Glenn Sisco, and Amber Towe; two great-grandchildren and one on the way, Ellie Haskins, Dean Haskins, and Jude Haskins; and four sisters, Ann Gregory, Zandal Coulter, Corrine Wilder, and Jewell Weems.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at 11:00 A.M., Hendersonville Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3229 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229.
