Heath Halters

Mr. Heath Halters, age 29, of Nashville passed away Friday, December 22, 2017. He was born January 4, 1988 in Jackson, TN. Heath was a Registered Nurse, BSN and worked at Eargos in Nashville. He loved spending time with his nephews, snowboarding and playing softball. Heath was also very fond of his rescue dog, Vinnie.

Heath is survived by his mother, Janet Woods (Mark); father, Randy Lee Halters; sister, Cristy Halters Costello (Chris); sister, Mandy Halters McIntosh (Scott); nephew, Caden Phoenix Costello; nephew, Lincoln East McIntosh; and grandmother, Kathleen Halters.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Zula Mae Blankenship (Herbert Jackson); and grandfather, Robert Lee Halters.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 4 - 7 p.m. at Topgolf in Nashville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nashville Humane Association at nashvillehumane.org.
