Mr. Harold Lewis Reeves age 87, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019.

Mr. Reeves was born in Carrollton, GA, on March 21, 1932, the son of the late Olin Reeves and Alice Lee Reeves. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Mr. Reeves was a member of the Hendersonville Masonic Lodge #359 and Al Menah Shrine Temple. He was a Boy Scout leader for many years and helped several boys to obtain their Eagle. Mr. Reeves enjoyed fishing and gardening. In addition to his parents, Mr. Reeves was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce McIntosh Reeves; sister, Betty Jane Nations; and a son-in-law, William Vandyke McMillan, Jr.

Survivors include his three children, Anita McMillan, Ron Reeves (Martha), and Lynne Bonnar (Brian); eight grandchildren, William Vandyke McMillan, III (Kirsten), James Reeves McMillan (Jill), Dr. Alexander McMillan, Kory Crowe (Brittany), Ethan Reeves (McKenzie), David Bonnar, Aaron Reeves, and Adam Reeves; and three great-grandchildren, Sara Crowe, Graceanne McMillan, and William Vandyke McMillan, IV.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 from noon until 4:00 P.M. at 120 Vulco Drive Hendersonville, TN. A private graveside service will be held at Hendersonville Memory Gardens with military honors.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Boy Scouts of America www.donations.scouting.org.
